Bose’s return to Apple’s retail stores follows a hiatus that lasted over a month in which the high-quality headphones and speakers were pulled from both Apple’s online and retail stores without explanation.

Bose-branded products disappeared from Apple’s website on October 17th without explanation from either party involved, but signs pointed to a patent complaint filed by Bose against Beats Electronics shortly after news that Apple planned to purchase the competing headphone company, although Bose and Beats settled out of court shortly before Bose’s products were pulled.

An advertising agreement between Bose and the NFL, however, resulted in players appearing on camera during events with the popular Beats headphones being fined creating more contention between Apple’s Beats and Bose.

Regardless of the cause, Apple and Bose appear to have worked out any disagreements in exchange for pushing the high-end speakers to shoppers once again. While Apple and Beats have once again made nice with Bose, Fitbit fitness tracking accessories still cannot be purchased from Apple’s online store following their removal last month with issues supporting HealthKit and competition from the upcoming Apple Watch possibly to blame.
